CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY

 

CANCELATION POLICY

If you've agreed to finance a payment through a certain time duration, whether that be 12 months or 1.5 months, then you've agreed to finance the program through REIVAS Wellness via pre-authorized automatic electronic payments to be debited from your bank account, credit card or PayPal on a monthly basis.  This applies to any programs offered by REIVAS Wellness that are not pay-as-you go memberships, but are programs with a set price.  Paying on a monthly basis for an agreed upon term is agreement to pay the entirety of the program and not to stop payment at any time. 

 

Should you fail to remit any of the required payments on time, and have not corrected the situation in a prompt manner, REIVAS Wellness may terminate you from the Program and you will be immediately responsible for the remaining balance of the Program. We may also terminate services if, in our sole opinion, You are conducting yourself or your business in a manner which is disparaging or disruptive to REIVAS Wellness or infringes upon REIVAS Wellness's intellectual property rights.

 

If you've signed up for a subscription (ie. pay as you go) program, you will be charged the agreed upon monthly amount as long as you are in the program.  You are also allowed to cancel at any time, no questions asked.  Simply email us at [email protected] and we'll cancel your subscription as of the day the email was sent.  If you've signed up for a trial offer, such as a $1 trial period, your bank account, credit card or PayPal will be charged at the end of the trial period and on a monthly basis thereafter unless you've contacted REIVAS Wellness to cancel your subscription.  If you contact us after your account has been charged a monthly payment, we will not issue a refund for charges made prior to us being contacted to cancel.

 

REFUND POLICY

6 Week Weight Loss Program for Menopause

 We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We offer a full refund for your purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must have participated in the course for a full 6 Weeks and you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and that it did not work for you.

In the event that you decide to request a refund after 6 weeks, please contact us at  [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund. You must include a detailed explanation and proof that you've followed these protocols without success along with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include these items, you will not be granted a refund.

The information that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

Requirement 1: Completed your in-take forms and read the detailed health assessments provided by REIVAS Wellness.

Requirement 2: Complete and attach your completed assessments and show that you've followed the protocols prescribed by REIVAS Wellness (implemented lifestyle modifications, and completed follow up assessments).

Requirement 3: Complete and show documentation that you've completed modules in Ketogenic Lifestyle for Menopause course.

Requirement 4: Show that you've participated in the coaching calls and/or watched a majority of the coaching call replays.  Show that you're involved and asking questions by either participating in the private REIVAS community group and/or asking questions directly to Dr. Afsoon via email.

Requirement 5: Show that you did not see measurable results during the time that you were in the course and implementing the protocols and recommendations given.

Requirement 6: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your health needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?

All refunds are discretionary as determined by REIVAS PTE LTD. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after 6 weeks from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
